BET Award-wining rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie, has congratulated Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale on his three-year deal with Zylofon Music.
Minutes after the announcement was made, the ‘Baby Mama’ hitmaker took to Twitter to wish Shatta Wale well.
He further commended the Zylofon CEO, Nana Appiah Mensah for projecting the creative arts Industry to higher heights.
The post read: “Congrats champion @shattawalegh on your New Deal,” wrote Sarkodie. “Mr. Appiah definitely here to support the industry… up up and up !!!”
Shatta Wale has committed to a three-year deal with Zylofon Media, owned by Nana Appiah Mensah.
Interestingly, he did not divulge the details of the contract but did maintain that it was a clever move that would project the artiste, the label and the nation as a whole onto the international market.
He joins Stonebwoy, Obibini, Kumi Guitar, Becca and Joyce Blessing who are already part of the Zylofon Music family.
