The items include diapers, food, used clothing, medicine, crayons and one thousand Ghana cedis.
Angela said being at the other side of the Atlantic does not make her forget about Ghana adding she had heard several stories about the orphanage.
She visited the orphanage to give her widows mite to her less fortunate brothers and sisters.
She was happy and touched about what she and pledged her commitment to do more for the orphanage in the coming years.
Angela who is a student in the United States of America said she raised the money in different ways through the community she lives in and also through some personal savings she has done over the years.
Madam Celine Tiataa, who is in charge of the St. Joseph Orphanage thanked her for her kind gesture and promised that it will be used to the benefit of the orphans.
Madam Celine said since the start of the orphanage in 1939, over 400 orphans have passed through their hands and who today are best placed in society and bringing change to the community.
She called on individuals and benevolent organization to emulate the example of Angela and come to their aid in order to give more ‘‘life’’ to the children.
The orphanage currently has fifteen (15) orphans made up 11 boys and four girls.
