This past weekend, the +233 Jazz Bar played host to a gathering of Ghana’s Highlife musicians throwing their weight behind Professor Collins who was launching his latest book on Ghanaian music.
The renowned Highlife historian launched 'Highlife Time 3,' a series of books chronicling the birth and growth of Highlife music.
The launch was attended by members of the diplomatic corps and other dignitaries, those in academia as well as Highlife musicians Okyeame Kwame, Agya Koo Nimo, Gyedu Blay Ambolley and Rex Omar.
Highlife Time 3 was published by DAkpabli & Associates in conjunction with Anansesem Publications.
