A few hours of rain on Monday flooded parts of the capital, Accra.
Houses at Asylum Down, Adabraka, Kaneshie and its environs, all flood-prone areas, were the most hit.
Joy News’ Nancy Emefa Dzradosi reports that some of the residents tried to salvage their properties from being swept away by the floods.
Residents who spoke to Joy News have urged authorities to find a lasting solution to the age-old problem.
