Monday, which is the first working day of the week for many, can be quite challenging to embrace after a weekend.
Here in Ghana and some parts of the world, the alarm clock goes off at dawn so one can beat the heavy traffic congestion to get to the office early.
The feeling of that exhilarating weekend sometimes lingers especially if it was fun-packed. For others, the two non-working days were not sufficient to completely rejuvenate.
Nonetheless, it is a new week and whether you kept working during the weekend or not, you need to have a fresh energy and aura to see you through the week.
The adage; "Together we stand, divided we fall" has precipitated users on social media to cheer one another on in starting the week with hope - one large enough to conquer the impossible. They have dubbed it a dose of #MondayMotivation.
The lesson is to focus on building yourself and take the time needed; rise whenever you fall but never give up.
Never lose HOPE
