The Black Challenge has left Ghana for Egypt ahead of the 2024 Africa Amputee Cup of Nations (AAFCON).
The team embarked on their journey to Egypt in the early hours of Saturday morning, May 18, 2024.
All 25 players and the technical team wore the official Accra 2023 African Games attire for their departure via Africa World Airlines, with a layover in Lagos, Nigeria.
The Accra 2023 1st African Para Games champions left with great confidence in their ability to defend the trophy and qualify for the 2026 World Cup.

Ghana is drawn in Group C alongside Kenya, Gambia, and Algeria. The Black Challenge will face Gambia in their opener on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at 21:30 hours.
