Newly-promoted Ghana Premier League side, Accra Lions have parted ways with German coach, Rainer Kraft after only five games.
Kraft who has spent the last two seasons with Lions guided the club to a Premier League status for the first time in its short history.
In six games in charge of Lions in the Premier League, Kraft managed only two wins and three defeats. However, the club has won over some fans because of an enterprising brand of football.
Lions currently sit 11th on the table.
Lions have expressed gratitude to the German, who expressed his desire to return to Germany, after successfully guiding the club for two years.
"We are very grateful for everything he has done to develop our club forward and wish him well for the future.
"Rainer Kraft had a very successful spell in his two years as Head Coach of Accra Lions Football Club that was crowned with winning the Division One Championship and gaining the Ghana Premier League promotion this year," Nana Obiri Yeboah, CEO of Accra Lions said.
Accra Lions will face Karela United in their next league fixture.
