Black Stars goalkeeper’s trainer, Nasam Yakubu says all three goalkeepers called up by Coach Kwasi Appiah are all capable of keeping the post as Ghana gets ready for their campaign at this year’s World Cup.
Fatau Dauda, Adam Kwaresey and Stephen Adams are the three goalkeepers currently with the team preparing in Florida, Miami.
After the performance by Adam Kwaresey in Ghana’s last friendly against Holland in Amsterdam on Saturday many have suggested that the Ghanaian born Norwegian is likely to be first choice in Brazil but Nasam Yakubu insists all the three goalkeepers are ready.
“It is when you don’t have options that you rely on one person , all the goalkeepers I have now are all prepared so anyone that is given the chance will perform,” said Nasam in an interview with Happy Fm
“If you see the way we have worked for this few days and the way Adams has performed for me they are all ready.
“We just pray for luck and good health and surely I know they will deliver so there is nothing to be afraid of.”
