It was a night of music and laughs to celebrate the birth of the Savior Jesus Christ.
The Adom nine lessons and carols took me out of this world and back from carefully selected, musicians to properly arranged Bible lesson readers.
Adom event had lesson read by Tima Kunkum, Adepam winner KBaw, Akyaa and Akumaa Mama Zimbi .
The others are Obiri Yeboah Frentemfrem, Mavis Avoyor, the fire lady, Ignacious Amanor and Akua Amoakoaa and Prophet Nana Yaw Sarfo.
With the mention of the first names of the various lesson readers, patrons shout to complete with their last names.
This act for me was overwhelming because the event provided a platform for news anchors and talk show host to connect to the audiences which for was beautiful.
Revelers enjoyed carols from Akua Akyere Memorial Youth Choir, then came high spirited MOG and a bit of twist from Krymi and Kumahood stars crowned it with drama.

Ooh, what a night it was! In quest to know if people shared the same view I went around to know the opinions of others.
Miracle Twerebea Asare, who is her early thirty said that fact that the event was comic, that for her was a relief after a long year.
Her mother, Janet Asare speaking in local dialect said she was excited because it depicted the birth of Christ adding that whatever we wanted he would supply.
Tom Nii, a young man said the manner the show was crafted demonstrated the nine lessons as well as a jovial way to bring happiness and get people in the spirit of Christmas.
For him, that most important thing was it brought “people together that is chidren, middle aged people and old was great to witness.”
He said he was elated that kumahood stars were used to which to him was a plus
Akousa Kumia said “ what she loved about the program was the cast” however, she was bothered about the time the event ended.
Nevertheless, she mentioned she was willing to come next year.
The show was hosted by Head of Religious Affairs, Kwamena Idan and assisted by two co-hosts, Anokyewaba and Abena Pokua Ahwinee. Adom nine lessons and carols is a must re-live experience. I can not wait to see its next edition.
