January 29, 2021, has been set for actress Akuapem Poloo to appear before the court after she was charged with publication of nude pictures.
The trial which was supposed to come off on November 23, was changed after the prosecutor failed to show up in court on Monday.
It was reported that Chief Inspector Agartha Asantewaa was on leave allowing the court to suspend the case to next year.
The court presided over Christina Cann ordered the prosecution to file all necessary disclosure documents including witness statements before the next court sitting.
On June 30 Akuapem Poloo faced backlash when she posted a naked picture of herself with her son to celebrate his seventh birthday.
Initially, she defended herself saying she was not completely naked but later apologised for her actions and deleted the picture off her Instagram page.

Subsequently, the Executive Director of Child Right International, Bright Appiah petitioned the police to investigate the matter after the actress was criticised for the act.
She was later charged for publication of obscene material and two counts of engaging in domestic violence. However, Akuapem Poloo pleaded not guilty.
In the previous sitting the court presided over by Mrs Christiana Cann, she admitted the actress to bail in the sum of ¢100,000 with four sureties two to be justified with landed property worth ¢100,000.
The case as narrated by prosecution indicated that the complainant is Bright K. Appiah the Director of Child Rights International Ghana.
Prosecution said the complainant petitioned the Director-General CID and the matter was referred to the Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit (DOVVSU).
Akuapem Poloo, prosecution said, was arrested and in her caution statement, admitted posting the nude picture with her son unintentionally.
A write up accompanying the picture read: “I am naked in front of you because this is how naked I was giving birth to you, so in case you find me lying somewhere don’t pass by but see me as your mom who brought you to life.”
Thus, the Prosecution held that Rosemond deliberately posted the nude picture together with her son.
