The 2012 Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has appointed Mr. Boakye K. Agyarko as Campaign Manager for the NPP 2012 Presidential Campaign.
A statement signed by Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, NPP General Secretary said the appointment of the 54-year old founding member of the party and the first chairman of the North America branch of the NPP, was made in consultation with the National Executive Committee of the party.
Mr. Boakye Agyarko also served as Nana Akufo-Addo’s Campaign Coordinator in the NPP 2009 presidential primary.
He was a Vice President of the Bank of New York, United States of America (USA), until his resignation in 2007 to return to Ghana.
