The one-week tour lasting from the 10th to the 17th July, was marked by the usual mass endorsements from most polling station executives, constituency chairmen, former and sitting Members of Parliament as well as former DCE’s from the region.
A statement by Nana Akufo-Addo’s Victory 2012 Campaign Team signed by Herbert Krapa, press aide, extended the team’s heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Joseph Nayan, MP for Nkwanta North, former DCE’s, regional, constituency and polling station executives and electoral area coordinators for their support and endorsements.
“We also wish to thank all delegates for coming to meet with us in all constituencies and endorsing Nana Akufo-Addo’s message of hope.
“Nana Akufo-Addo also wishes to reaffirm his confidence in the expanded Electoral College of the party to include all polling station executives. He has described it as “a much needed transformation that is already strengthening and energising our party’s base to help us win the votes of the great majority of the Ghanaian people in 2012.”
