All is set for the 2025 edition of Joe Mettle’s annual gospel music event, Praise Reloaded, scheduled for Sunday, June 29, at the El-Wak Sports Stadium in Accra. Gates will open at 1pm, with the event beginning promptly at 3pm.
Admission is free, but attendees are urged to register at www.joemettlemusic.com to secure their seats.
This year’s event, themed Festival of Gratitude, features a high-profile lineup of gospel ministers from across the continent. Headlining the night will be host minister Joe Mettle, joined by Ps. Nathaniel Bassey (Nigeria), Ntokozo Mbambo (South Africa), Akesse Brempong, Ps. Isaiah Fosu-Kwakye Jnr., Team Eternity, Soul Winners, Luigi Maclean, Enuonyam and others.
Reflecting on the event’s theme, Joe Mettle noted, “Praise Reloaded 2025’s theme - Festival of Gratitude - captures the heart of this year’s gathering. Looking back on the journey of Joe Mettle Ministries and Reverb Studios, we are overwhelmed with thankfulness for God’s grace and provision. We believe this sense of gratitude resonates with everyone joining us on Sunday June 29th for a night of divine encounter and celebration.”
Now in its eleventh year, Praise Reloaded has become a major fixture on Ghana’s gospel calendar, known for its charged atmosphere of praise, worship and prayer. Last year’s open-air edition at the Accra Sports Stadium drew thousands of worshippers and was hailed as one of the most successful editions yet.
Joe Mettle added, “Praise Reloaded 2025 is not a typical concert, it’s an invitation to unite as one voice, lifting a powerful sound of gratitude to God. We are expecting a night filled with renewal, healing, breakthroughs and transformation.”
Organisers are encouraging participants to arrive with hearts full of thanksgiving and to come prepared for an uplifting experience. Attendees are also reminded to bring their dancing shoes, handkerchiefs, and to come along with friends and family.
