Former Accra Hearts of Oak skipper Yaw Amankwah Mireku has announced a possible return to the Glo Premier League next season.
The player made this exclusive revelation on Joy Sports’ Sports Today programme.
Though he would not reveal the particular club he would be signing for, Mireku is confident that he has what it takes to play in the league.
“God willing, Ghanaians will see me play for a club in the Glo Premier League. I know I can do something special for that club.
"Ghanaians have not seen me in a while and it would be a brilliant opportunity to demonstrate my talent.”
He added that he has been playing in Mexico for the last few years and hopes to replicate the kind of performance he put out there in the Concacaf region for the club he signs for.
The player who began his career with Hearts left after ten years of dedicated service to pursue his career with Viva Kerala for a year a half years in India before resigning for Poly Tank Division One League side Pure Joy F.C.
