In a heart-warming tale of resilience, good shepherdship and dedication, Apam Orphanage has expanded its operations to touch more lives in the Northern Region.
The project has so far provided sound education to over 180 children in need in the region.
Established in 2014 by Evangelist Papa Nii Adjeman, the orphanage has grown from a humble beginning of just four children from the Sandema community to a thriving institution with a vision to support deprived districts in Ghana and Africa as a whole.

The orphanage's journey began when Evangelist Adjeman, who lost his mother at a young age, found himself homeless and surviving on the streets.
Evangelist Adjeman, during his most difficult times, made a promise to God that if he survived, he would build a house of worship and a haven for the less privileged.
Pursuing this faith-based vision after 30 years, Evangelist Adjeman cheerfully says his dream is fast coming true.

According to him, Apam Orphanage is more than just a shelter; it's a beacon of hope for children who have been abandoned, orphaned, or missing children.
The institution provides a nurturing environment, quality education, and skills training to empower these children to become productive members of society.
The expansion to the Northern Region is a significant milestone in the orphanage's journey.
The new facility, located in Choo Kukuo, in the Tamale municipality, boasts a 9-unit classroom block provides conducive learning environment for the children.
The orphanage has enrolled students in various universities, including ATTC, Accra Technical University, Kumasi Technical University, and University of Development Studies, Tamale.
The journey, however, has not been without challenges.
Many of the children arrive at the orphanage unable to read or write, requiring special classes to catch up.

Despite these challenges, Evangelist Adjeman says he remains committed to his vision backed by fervent prayers to seek God’s blessing to enable him expand the orphanage's activities to reach the needy.
As he prepares to celebrate his 30th anniversary in ministry and birthday on August 3, Apam Global Outreach is calling on well-wishers and companies to support the orphanage's mission.
He says joining hands with him for this vision will make a huge difference in the lives of the wonderful children.
