Areeba, the leading mobile telecommunications service provider in Ghana, has initiated a far-reaching project to improve upon the quality of the services to its subscribers. The extensive project, labeled Network Optimization Project, is intended to fine tune the service quality of the network. This was disclosed by the CEO, Brett Goschen, when he met reporters after a working visit to Areeba regional offices in Cape-Coast, Takoradi and Kumasi. According to The Chief Executive Officer, the technically-involving project is being co-ordinated by a very experienced International Group comprising of experts from the world-acclaimed telecommunications giant-Ericsson-and the MTN Group. “As a result of the cumulative effect of the Network Optimization project and the on-going network expansion project, subscribers will soon be able to discern a steady improvement in the network quality.’’ He continued; “we are dedicated to providing superior services to all our subscribers across the country, hence the need to further enhance the service through capacity and quality, once basic coverage has been achieved.’ ‘We serve two and a half million subscribers. Around the clock, we are actively pursuing programs to improve the Areeba brand experience for our valued subscribers.
