The Supreme Court on Friday morning resumed the election petition hearing filed by the 2020 NDC flagbearer, John Mahama.
The former President's third witness, Rojo Mettle-Nunoo was to be cross-examined.
This follows a similar exercise undertaken by the NDC's General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, and Dr Michael Kpessa-Whyte who was also at the national collation centre aka strong room during the December polls.
