Asamoah Gyan scored his second goal in as many games but it was not enough for NorthEast United as they drew 2-2 with Goa in the Indian Super League on Friday.
Gyan who netted NorthEast United’s winner against Odisha last week grabbed his goal in the 54th minute.
The 33-year-old scored to cancel out Hugo Boumous' first-half strike for Goa. A mistake by Goa player allowed Gyan to get to the ball inside the box and clinically place the ball into the far corner of the goal.
