The Ashanti Regional Football Association will review it’s stewardship in an annual ordinary congress later today (Thursday).
The session to be held at the Baba Yara Stadium will review last season’s accounts, presentation of financial report and also look at recommendations towards the development of football in the region for the 2012/13 football season.
The congress will also see new executive members sworn into office.
The Congress will be chaired by the Ashanti Region Football Association Chairman Osei-Tutu Agyeman.
“As it is enshrined in our statutes, the regional football association is to hold congress annually to discuss issues about the RFA and obviously this has to take place before the Ghana Football Association’s general congress”. He told JOY Sports
