The Association of Automobile Artisans, Ghana (Auto Gh), a leading voice for skilled automotive professionals across the nation, has announced its new national leadership and unveiled bold strategic plans to transform the future of the automotive sector.
Established in 2019 in Kumasi, Auto Gh has grown from a modest workshop into a vibrant, nationally recognised association representing over 200 artisans, engineers, and technicians.
Headquartered at JP Fueling Station, opposite The Ark building in Asokwa, Kumasi, the Association continues to set new standards for excellence in automotive maintenance and repair.

With the formation of its national leadership team, Auto Gh is taking decisive steps to become the foremost platform for automotive artisans in Ghana and West Africa.
The Association’s future roadmap focuses on professional certification, advanced training, digital transformation, environmental responsibility, and job creation.
Auto Gh plans to expand its professional development programs and launch new initiatives, including a digital platform for mobile mechanics, towing services, and real-time diagnostics.
The Association also aims to position itself as a key stakeholder in Ghana’s automotive policy discussions and sustainable industrial development efforts.
Auto Gh’s core values are anchored in three pillars:
- Excellence: Delivering top-tier services with precision, quality, and reliability.
- Empowerment: Creating opportunities for career growth, entrepreneurship, and economic independence for artisans.
- Innovation: Leading the industry through advanced diagnostics, eco-conscious practices, and digital transformation.
These pillars reflect Auto Gh’s mission: to be the premier association for automotive professionals in Ghana, promoting service excellence and supporting the personal and professional development of its members.
Auto Gh is calling on development partners, automotive manufacturers, tool suppliers, academic institutions, financial institutions, and government agencies to collaborate in building a future-ready workforce that drives industrial growth, technological advancement, and environmental sustainability in Ghana.
“We are inviting all stakeholders—local and international—to join hands with Auto Gh as we raise the standard of automobile craftsmanship in Ghana.

"This is more than an association; it is a movement of change-makers, innovators, and professionals committed to building a better future for our country and continent,” said Mr. James Arhin, National Chairman of Auto Gh.
The Association of Automobile Artisans Ghana (Auto Gh) is a nationally recognised professional body representing skilled automobile engineers, technicians, and craftsmen.
Through training, innovation, and advocacy, Auto Gh advances the interests of its members and contributes to national development through sustainable automotive practices.
