American sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson came from behind to defeat world leader Shericka Jackson of Jamaica at the Silesia Diamond League on Sunday to remain undefeated this season in the 100m event.
Richardson, who claimed her first US national title last weekend, ran 10.76 for the win.
Jackson, who recently stormed to a world-leading time and lifetime best of 10.65 at the Jamaica national trials, had to settle for second in 10.78.
Her compatriot Shashalee Forbes finished eighth in 11.18.
Ewa Swoboda dipped under 11 seconds for the first time in front of her home crowd as she clocked 10.94 for third.
