It was a refreshing session on the Super Morning Show today when some teenage panelists gave their perspective on issues of national importance.
They commented on the performance of the President, the opposition as well as public criticisms of the government, the power crisis, life as youth, music and entertainment.
They called for constructive criticisms of the government devoid of insults. They were very optimistic Ghana will pull through its challenges as they hoped for a fruitful 2016.
The children cautioned the media not to allow themselves as a conduit for politics of insult and violence.
Some of the kids who will be writing their first external examinations – BECE – dread being asked to re-sit, and therefore pleaded with the examination council to be more vigilant to avoid leakage of examination papers.

Above all, the youth prayed for attitudinal change in 2016 and wish the National Development Planning Commission implement some of its laudable programmes.
Listeners were in no doubt wowed and impressed about the depth of intelligence exhibited by the kids.
The panel comprises Michael Twumasi Ampofo, Vilac International School; Nana Adubea Asante-Apeatu, Wesley Girls High School; Efua Aidoo Andoh and Desmond Atikpui Christ the King International School; Vanessa Plange Corpus Christi Senior Secondary School and Maureen Kyere, Achimota College
