The Ambassador-designate to Nigeria, Baba Kamara still has his job, contrary to media reports he had been dropped because of bribery allegations.
His name was removed from the list of ambassadors-designate prompting suspicion that the Mabey & Johnson bribery scandal in which Baba Kamara's name was mentioned must accounted for the situation.
But government sources say the removal of Baba Kamara's name had to do with the fact that Nigeria delayed in sending an acceptance letter for him.
That letter, the sources said has arrived and Baba Kamara's name will be added to the next list of nominees.
