The General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Justin Kodua Frimpong, has hailed Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia as an exceptional leader, capable of steering Ghana to greater heights over the next four years.
According to him, there is belief in Dr Bawumia's leadership abilities, asserting that he is the right person to bring meaningful change to the country.
“I trust Dr Bawumia and I know he will be a great president of Ghana," Mr. Frimpong declared. "He is an exceptional leader."
He said this at the NPP's manifesto launch in Takoradi.
The NPP leader further explained that "an exceptional leader is one who not only acknowledges challenges but also relentlessly pursues solutions."
"Dr Bawumia has demonstrated this through initiatives like digitalisation, medical drone delivery, and many other innovative programs."
Mr Frimpong urged Ghanaians to thoughtfully consider who should lead the country over the next four years, emphasising the critical importance of accountability.
“As a concerned Ghanaian, I understand the significance of choosing a leader who will be transparent and accountable to the people. I believe all well-meaning Ghanaians share this concern."
"It is vital that we elect a leader who, after four years, will still be accountable to us, rather than one who simply exits office without fulfilling promises. With Dr Bawumia, Ghanaians will have the opportunity to evaluate his administration after four years and decide whether to renew his mandate. This ensures that he remains committed to his manifesto and the people he serves," he said.
