Asante Kotoko striker Eric Bekoe, the current darling of the Ghana Premier League, has jetted out to Denmark for a medical with Odense BK.
Bekoe capped a fine season, in which he scored 27 goals for Kotoko in all competitions, with a call-up to the national side and now looks as though he may be headed overseas.
The player had previously turned down a trial with German Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin, saying he felt he should not have to prove his abilities to clubs in Europe.
Meanwhile, another Kotoko player Harrison Afful has also left the country to have some trials with Norwegian side Stabaek.
Afful, who is loan from Fetteh Feyenoord, had trialswith the Dutch outfit's main team in Rotterdam but was not successful.
Afful, who is a Ghana international, is hoping to land a deal permanent deal at Stabaek to achieve his dreams of playing in Europe.
