The second edition of Joy Prime’s culinary contest between technical universities in Ghana is ready to kick start this August.
The premier season featured six schools including Accra Technical University, Koforidua Technical University, Takoradi Technical University, Ho Technical University, Cape Coast Technical University and Kumasi Technical University.
Ho Technical University defeated the others and emerged as winners of the maiden season.

The second season has been expanded to involve universities within the Northern part of Ghana, where the auditions will begin.
This year's competition is 99.99 per cent loading as the audition train will be taking off on Monday, August 5 and making its' first stop in the Upper West Regional capital, Wa.
Wa Technical University is privileged to be the first school to be auditioned within the Northern sector prior to the main competition.

From there, the team will make their next stop at the Upper East Region on Wednesday, August 7 at Bolgatanga Technical University.

The Northern Regional capital, Tamale is also waiting in anticipation as the train will make it last stop at the Tamale Technical University on Friday, August 9 for the Northern territory.

Eight Technical Universities are expected to battle in the culinary combat and lock ladles to claim the price and the bragging right as the best in the kitchen.
All the auditions will be captured live on Joy Prime and streamed on YouTube @Joy Prime TV each audition day at 3 p.m.
