Following the open house event in July, Bijou Homes has hit the garden city, Kumasi and mining town of Obuasi with activities to raise awareness for their elegant residence at Appolonia City.
Starting the Ashanti region tour in Obuasi at Time FM, the Bijou Homes team invited the general public to interact with sales personnel at a day-long market storm event at Anglo Gold Guest House.
In Kumasi, Ama Osae-Addae, a manager of Bijou Homes addressed listeners on Agyenkwa FM saying, “Bijou Homes is designed to meet the changing needs of residents while also being ideal for those looking to purchase homes for investment purposes. The roadshow was crowned with a Cocktail Event at the banquet hall of Miklin Hotel. The program started with a welcome address after which a presentation on Bijou Homes was delivered by Elsie Acheampong; about the project, payment options and the benefits of living in well planned city. A representative of GHL Bank, Akwasi Opoku Timpabi, also spoke about the attractive mortgage options offered by GHL Bank for Bijou Homes.
Upon completion, Bijou will have 100 homes consisting of 1- and 2-bedroom expandable detached and semi-detached homes and 2-bedroom storey terraced houses in a landscaped community. The neighbourhood has an on-site management office, 24-hour security and an underground drainage system.
