Ghana will meet Iraq in the third-place match at the FIFA U-20 World Cup after either side lost in the semi-final of the competition on Wednesday.
It will be the first ever meeting between Ghana and the Asian side at a FIFA competition.
The Black Satellites, World Cup winners in 2009 suffered a 2-1 setback in their match against France in Bursa, ending their hopes of a fourth appearance in the finals.
Iraq, who came through to the semi-finals at the tournament for the first time, lost 7-6 on penalties to Uruguay after both sides drew 1-1 in extra-time.
The third-place fixture will be played in Istanbul, three hours before the final between France and Uruguay.
