A British fan, believed to be a Manchester United supporter, has been hospitalised and is receiving treatment for a knife-wound in his thigh, Italian authorities in Rome have confirmed.He was attacked near his hotel by four suspects, but is believed to be making a recovery.The news comes as a blow to the safety measures and assurances put in place in Rome.
