Black Galaxies skipper, Gladson Awako, believes there is still time on the side of the team to find solutions to their weaknesses ahead of the 2023 Africa Nations Championship.
Annor Walker's side faced Accra Hearts of Oak in a preparatory game at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram on Sunday, December 11.
The Black Galaxies came from behind to record a 2-1 win over Slavko Matic's side and Awako believes the game was a good test for the team.
"It wasn’t bad. Both teams played well and it was a very good test for us because we have a competition ahead," he told Joy Sports after the game.
"Though it is our first friendly, it wasn’t bad and I know we still have time to get ourselves ready."
Ghana is pitted in Group C of the CHAN tournament which will be staged in Algeria and find themselves in the same group as defending champions, Morocco, Sudan and Madagascar.
