Cheki Ghana, an online car advertising website has been adjudged the best online auto market company of the year at the just ended maiden edition of the Ghana Auto Awards 2015.
The event was held in Accra at the Movenpick Hotel, and it brought togetherstakeholders in the Auto Industry.
Cheki Ghana beat other nominees for best online car marketplace to take the best Online Auto Market Company.
The Country Director of Cheki Ghana, Mr. Eric Amoako-Twum, said the award is anchored on the relationship they have developed with the various stakeholders in the Auto Industry such as both new and used car dealers, both new and used spare parts dealers, finance companies, and auto insurance companies.
According to Mr. Amoako-Twum, Cheki Ghana has created an ecosystem where various stakeholders can interact.
“An example is the company’s offline model which gives Cheki customers the opportunity to obtain reliable information in a manner that they are able to make good decisions quickly,” he noted.
He further stated that, Cheki is unique in that it is part of a bigger platform which is a Pan-African brand under One Media Africa.
“We are present in 22 African countries seriously doing business with the various global enterprises on the various digital media platform”, he said.
Mr. Amoako-Twum intimated that Cheki Ghana will create a one-stop-shop to fine-tune its online products and services in order to give customers value for money.
He concluded by saying that Cheki.com.gh Ghana’s number one car website will continue working hard to make online advertisement safe and hassle-free.
“We deal with real people, varying private sellers, constant interaction with our dealers. Account managers move to the fields to interact with the dealers. Apart from that, we have the safe buying tips on our website which essentially provides information and tips on how to purchase a car or car parts on the website in safe and secured manner” he indicated.
