Mr Emmanuel Sinnyet Asigri, Garu-Tempane District Chief Executive inaugurating the centre, called on parents to ensure their children attend school and properly equipped with the basic needs.
He said Government had played its part with the provision of infrastructure and was the responsibility of parents to ensure their children attended classes regularly.
Mr Asigri said the centre was in line with Government’s determination to ensure that deprived communities had access to quality education to improve their status.
He said with the technological advancement, knowledge was the deciding factor for any individual to aspire to attain higher levels in education and called on parents to take advantage of the education policies to send their children to school.
