Reverend Paul Henry Dzane, Western Regional Superintendent of the Assemblies of God Church has advised the youth to eschew immorality, which according to him did not conform with the teachings of the word of God.
He expressed regret that some Christians did not see anything wrong with sexual promiscuity and other sinful acts that distanced humanity from God.
Rev. Dzane said this at the opening of a five-day camp meeting under the theme: "equipping the youth for the ministry,"
organised by the Assemblies of God youth fellowship at Tarkwa.
He said the youth should lead moral lives to enable them to escape the wrath of God and urged them to go for voluntary counselling and testing for HIV/AIDS to enable them to know their HIV/AIDS status before entering into marriage.
Rev. Alfred Aboagye McCarthy, Western Regional Youth Director of the Church said it was committed to ensuring that the youth became resourceful to both the Church and society.
