Tonight on PM: Express, Evans Mensah together with guests probe the implications of 2020 election petition and John Mahama’s dismissed motion.
The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed a motion by former President seeking permission to elicit answers to some 12 interrogatories from the Electoral Commission.
Giving its verdict on the motion, the Supreme Court held the view that the petitioner's Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata was relying on CI 47 while the current rule in force relating to the Supreme Court is the CI 99.
