Hearts of Oak striker and goal king Mahatma Otoo will undergo medical at Belgian side Club Brugge next week.
The Ghana Premier League top scorer will sign a three-year contract if he passes the examination in a 650,000 euro deal.
Otoo will leave Accra on Saturday and expected to complete his move early next week.
Club Brugge beat South African side Mamelodi Sundowns who were willing to pay US$ 500,000.
DR Congo giants TP Mazembe expressed interest in signing the former Ghana U-23 captain but could not meet his asking price.
Otto, 21, scored 20 goals last season and was named Sports Writers Association Premiership Player of the Year.
He is the leading contender for the Ghana Premier League Most Valuable Player gong.
