Our attention has been drawn to an inaccuracy in our story of May 14, 2019, detailing the orders of the Supreme Court in the case in which the eligibility of Special Prosecutor Martin Amidu is being challenged.
We inadvertently stated in our story that the apex court ordered the Attorney-General to file her defence in the case brought by former Deputy A-G, Dr Dominic Ayine.
The order was directed at the two parties to file their written legal arguments.
We, therefore, wish to make the correction as such.
We have taken steps to correct the original story to reflect the exact orders of the Court.
