Inspector Oduraa said on reaching a teak plantation along the Tuobodom road, the convict stopped, dragged the girl out of the car and forcibly had sex with her.
The Prosecutor said after the act, the convict gave the victim GH¢5.00 and drove her back to Takofiano in Techiman.
Inspector Oduraa said on November 30 this year, the victim fell sick and when interrogated by her guardian she revealed her ordeal and the matter was reported to the police.
