The Convention People’s Party has rebuffed claims it is pursuing its selfish interest under the guise of desiring a merger of the two parties. PNC’s Presidential candidate, Hassan Ayariga has told Joy News he is no longer willing to surrender his ambitions for a merger because the CPP has unilaterally launched a manifesto for the December elections.
