Ghana’s Ambassador to Malaysia Mr Dan Abodakpi has denied accusations he connived with some influential people to impose a new king on the Anlo state.
Former Police Commissioner Patrick Agboba was installed Monday under the stool name Togbui Sri III after 12 years in confinement.
His legitimacy is however being challenged by one of the factions in the long standing chieftaincy dispute.
That faction has accused Mr. Abodakpi and others of influencing the process. But Mr. Abodakpi denies the claims.
The former Keta MP also described as false accusations that he locked up a bailiff who was to serve an injunction to stop the installation.
