Ghanaian dance sensation, Endurance Dzigbordi Dedzo, known in showbiz as Endurance Grand, is preparing to release a song.
She said on Showbiz A-Z on Joy FM that it is always an added advantage if creatives are multi-talented.
“It’s a blessing to be a dancer and at the same time have the talent to put music out there. Because I feel that if you are a dancer and also has the talent to produce music or compose a song, it means that you know the hearts of people because you know what the individuals want to hear,” she told the host Kwame Dadzie.
Asked if she would attempt to release a song just as Dancegod Lloyd and others have done, she answered in the affirmative.
“Oh, wait and see. It is in the pipeline. It’s coming,” she hinted.
Endurance would not be the first dancer to do music. In the past, dancers like Akosua Agyapong, Slim Busterr, G’Mann, Sony Achiba, Nana Yaw Wiredu, Reggie Rockstone, were also into music.
In recent times, there have been Mr. Drew, Fakta, Afrobeast, Dancegod Lloyd, trying to have a bite of both fields.
Endurance Grand is a member of dance group, Dance with a Purpose (DWP).
