Ghana’s first Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Homes Villanova has been launched at a colourful ceremony in Accra.
A transformative community-building, the project promises to reshape the housing landscape in the heart of Ghana’s vibrant capital.
The launch featured notable speakers, including the Greater Accra Minister, Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus-Glover, who highlighted the project’s immense potential for the region and its alignment with the government’s vision for sustainable living.

In his inspiring speech, Minister Titus-Glover emphasised that “this townhouse project by VAAL Real Estates represents the kind of impactful collaboration that aligns with our vision, helping to ensure that every citizen has access to a safe, comfortable, and affordable place to live.”
He reiterated the project's commitment to Sustainable Development Goal 11, which aims to create inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable cities.

The spotlight of the evening was on Villanova, an innovative housing project that sets a new standard in luxury living.
Designed with inspiration from Spanish heritage, Villanova seamlessly blends sophistication with modern luxury, offering 3–4-bedroom villas just two minutes from the Jubilee House.
Starting at GH¢10 million, these homes promise a serene and harmonious environment, making them a distinctive landmark in Accra.
