In an unforgettable night of music and craftsmanship, DJ Stiga was crowned the champion of Hitz FM's Hottest DJ Contest 2024, held at Junction Mall on December 24.
The event drew a massive crowd of thousands, all united by their passion for music and their desire to witness the best DJs in action.
The contest featured six incredibly talented DJs: DJ Dhon Kay, DJ Efkay, DJ Philla, DJ Shaker, DJ Skynet, and the ultimate winner, DJ Stiga. Each performer brought their unique style and flair to the stage, treating the audience to a mesmerising display of skill and creativity.
As the night wore on, the atmosphere became increasingly electric, with fans cheering, dancing, and waving their hands in the air. The competition was fierce, but in the end, DJ Stiga's unbeatable beats and infectious energy won over the hearts of the crowd and the judges, earning him the coveted title of Hottest DJ for 2024.
DJ Dhon K emerged second, with DJ Efka taking the thirds position. DJ Skynet and DJ Phila took the fourth and fifth positions respectively.
DJ Stiga wins one HP laptop, 32 inches television set, six months internship with Hitz FM, a DJ controller and a certificate from Hitz FM.
This year's contest not only showcased the impressive talent of local DJs but also brought together music lovers from all over, creating a sense of community and belonging.
There were also musical performances by Samini, Ras Kuuku and rapper E.L.
As the dust settles on this unforgettable event, fans are already looking forward to next year's competition, eager to see what new talents will emerge and what exciting performances will take the stage.
For now, DJ Stiga basks in the glory of his well-deserved win, his name etched in the history books as the Hottest DJ of 2024.
