If there is a popular saying that will make so much sense to Ghanaian Gospel musician Simon Osei, otherwise known by his stage name Don Simon, at this moment, it is none other than, “brighten the corner where you are.”
Almost three years after releasing his debut album with lead single ‘Bless Me’ topping charts around the country, little did Don Simon know that his efforts in propagating the Gospel through music and doubling as a certified chartered accountant would bring him this far as he has been honoured with a doctorate in Sacred Music and Management.
The Skyview Entertainment signed artist was on Wednesday October 25, 2017 in the presence of many others honoured with a doctorate in sacred music and management by the Victory Bible College and University (USA), which is affiliated to the International Association of Bible Schools.
The beautiful ceremony took place at the Kumasi campus of the Victory Bible College and University.
At the ceremony, Don Simon teased patrons by performing some new songs off his upcoming album and asked them to look out for it.
Ahead of the release of the new album, watch the official video to his top charting single, ‘Bless Me’ which featured Ampong.
