Madam Asibi Winifred Dy-Yakah, the Deputy Upper West Regional Minister, appealed to management of the DVLA to ensure that all the necessary equipment required for the effective functioning of the facility was provided. She said the government had focused on the restructuring of the DVLA to make it more responsive to public demands and urged its management to live up to the task.Madam Dy-Yakah said the accident situation in the region had been minimal but expressed concern about accidents involving motorists during the visits of political leaders, especially presidential candidates, to the region.Source: GNA
