e-Crime Bureau has officially inaugurated its third Board of Directors, a move set to steer the firm’s strategic direction and strengthen its position as a leading cybersecurity provider across Ghana and Africa.
The ceremony was held on Friday, November 28, at the Bureau’s offices in Accra, with H.L. Justice Rebecca Sittie, a retired High Court Justice, administering the Oath of Office and Oath of Secrecy.
The Board is chaired by Dr. Albert Antwi-Boasiako, founder of e-Crime Bureau and former Director-General of the Cyber Security Authority (CSA).
According to the Bureau, his appointment as Executive Chairman marks a return to the firm, where he is expected to guide strategic initiatives and drive the firm’s international market expansion.
‘I am honoured to be entrusted with the responsibility to serve as the Executive Chairman, particularly considering the growth aspirations of the firm and the excitement of driving the Bureau’s international market," Dr Antwi-Boasiako said.
"I thank the Bureau and Members of the Board for the appointment. I look forward to working closely with Members of the Board, the Executive Consulting Leadership and staff, Partners and Clients towards the realisation of the Transition and Growth Strategy of the firm," he added.

Joining Dr. Antwi-Boasiako are distinguished professionals and business leaders who will provide strategic oversight and support for the Bureau’s Transition and Growth Strategy.

Mr. Daniel Adoteye – seasoned business strategist
Dr. Suzanne Nti – expert in governance and organisational leadership
Professor Goski Alabi – academic and thought leader in technology and business
Mr. Hicham El Achgar – specialist in digital innovation
Mr. Michael Abbiw – expert in financial and operational strategy
Mr. Emmanuel Agyei – Consulting Chief Executive, leading operational execution of the Bureau’s strategy
Ms. Cecilia Antwi Kyem – Board Secretary, overseeing corporate governance
