Ebenezer Blay, a distinguished operations professional with broad experience across diverse industries, has achieved the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation from the CMC-Global Institute (CMC-GI).
The certification, awarded by the global branch of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), underscores Mr. Blay’s expertise in guiding businesses toward achieving their strategic objectives.
Notably, Mr. Blay is the youngest and only the second individual in Ghana to receive this globally recognized certification.

With a career centred on operational strategies and performance improvement, Mr. Blay has specialised in end-to-end operational support, process engineering, supply chain management, and digital transformation.
His expertise integrates workflows, automation, human-centred design, and digital technologies, positioning him as a leader in the field.
His professional accomplishments include serving as Continuous Improvement Lead at ofi, where he advanced operational excellence initiatives, and as Chief Operating Officer of EBL Engineering Ltd., where he spearheaded strategy and process improvements.
Mr. Blay’s certification process for the CMC designation involved a rigorous evaluation of his knowledge, experience, and skills across key management consulting domains.
His academic foundation includes degrees in Chemical Engineering, specialisations certificates in Digital Technologies & Future of Manufacturing from the University of Michigan, and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University.
He is also pursuing an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Ghana.
Complementing his academic credentials, Mr. Blay has earned over 50 certifications in areas such as Lean Six Sigma, business analytics, machine learning, and digital operations.
Among these are notable certifications in ISO 20700:2017 guidelines, Google Project Management, strategic planning, and artificial intelligence applications.
Mr. Blay’s diverse skill set encompasses performance improvement, operations strategy, project management, digital transformation, and leadership, with applications across multiple industries.
With his CMC certification, Mr Blay is poised to make significant contributions to optimising operations and driving sustainable business growth.
