The Chairman of the Electoral Commission, Dr Kwadwo Afari-Gyan, will tomorrow February 15, meet editors, news editors, political desk reporters, political features writers, morning show hosts, political commentators and other political programme heads on preparations for the 2012 general elections.The meeting, an initiative of The Editors Forum, Ghana, (EFG) will focus on the Biometric Registration and Verification programme of the EC and also discuss general issues on the election, a statement by the Editors Forum has said.The Chairman of the National Media Commission, Ambassador Kabral Blay-Amihere, will chair the function which will hold at the Ghana International Press Centre, from 2pm to 4.30 p.m on the theme Election 2012: The EC’s Preparations So Far.The EFG is a group of editors, senior journalists and media educators and it is affiliated to the Ghana Journalists Association.
