Mentorship Series with Gloria, an initiative under The Ennobled Foundation, has hosted a Connect Session for mentees, providing a platform for networking and professional development.
The event, held at Royal Rose Restaurant at Accra Mall, brought together over 20 mentees, including students, entry-level professionals, and senior experts.
The session allowed experienced professionals to share their career journeys, challenges, and lessons, offering mentees valuable insights into professional growth.

Beyond receiving career advice, mentees had the opportunity to identify areas where they needed guidance and select mentors to support them on their career paths.
The founder of Ennobled Foundation and a seasoned professional, Gloria Boye-Doku, shared her personal career journey, offering an inspiring story of perseverance and resilience.
She recounted how, as a young Home Economics student at Kinbu Secondary School, her father encouraged her to switch to accounting at IPS (now UPSA).
Despite initial struggles and moments of doubt, she pushed through and ultimately emerged as one of the top students in her class.
Encouraging her mentees, Gloria emphasised the importance of being intentional about personal and professional growth.

“Opportunity always meets preparation,” she reminded them, urging them to stay committed to their goals.
The event left mentees inspired and motivated, with many expressing a renewed sense of direction in their careers.
With the success of this edition, Mentorship Series with Gloria has set the stage for future mentorship programs aimed at shaping the careers of young professionals.
The Ennobled Foundation continues to accept young professionals seeking career guidance and mentorship.
