Experienced presenter and DJ, Andy Dosty has taken over the mantle as the new host of Daybeak Hitz on Hitz FM.

Andy Dosty, born Andrew Amoh, holds over two decades of experience in the entertainment space and promises to bring that to bare as the new host of the entertainment, informative and lifestyle show on Hitz FM.

Taking over from KMJ, who has been given new roles on Hitz FM and Joy Prime, Andy Dosty says he is going to spice up the radio experience of listeners of the country’s number one entertainment station.

He told Myjouyonline.com that, “It feels great,” to host Daybreak Hitz which airs from Monday to Friday from 6 am to 10 am.

The award-winning DJ noted that “as a morning show host, you have to be a deep thinking individual who has extreme knowledge in his chosen field but it comes with a lot of challenges.”

“For example, waking up to work in the wee hours of the morning every day, the station relies on you for a successful lineup of programming throughout the day. This is a great task because it’s arguably the most listened to radio show on Hitz FM,” Andy Dosty added.

After hosting the show for some weeks now, Andy Dosty said “I trust in God to shower His blessings. People felt the difference from the first day I took over so I don't have to say much.”
