DJs of The Multimedia Group were once again at the forefront of affairs at the 2016 Ghana DJ Awards sweeping the biggest awards of the night including Best DJ of the Year.
On the night, Multimedia proved that they are par excellence when it comes to playing music in Ghana.
Host of the Open House Party and the Weekend Warmer on Joy FM, DJ Black swept the Best Male Radio DJ of the Year and the night’s biggest award, Best DJ of the Year.
This is DJ Black’s fourth consecutive time of winning the biggest award of the night. He had previously won the 2013, 2014 and 2015 editions of the awards.
Ohemaa Woyeje, host of Adom FM’s Mid –Morning Show won Best Female Radio DJ of the Year while King Lagazee, host of Lagazee Soundz Show on Hitz FM won Reggae/dancehall of the Year.
The 2016 Ghana DJ Awards night at the Accra International Conference Centre on Friday night witnessed performances from Eno, Kwaw Kese, Ras Kuuku and Apaatse. The event was emceed by Lexis Bill and MzGee.
